Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the Control Department, ensuring effective team work and implementation of goals.
- Organize and control the operation, maintenance, metrological verification of heat and hot water metering devices and the operation of remote data reading systems.
- Plan and coordinate control inspections of facilities, analyze heat consumption data, identify cases of inefficient or unmetered consumption and initiate preventive measures.
- Ensure the efficiency of the department's operational processes, prepare reports, manage resources and implement performance improvement solutions.
We hope that the future colleague
- has a higher technical (engineering) education.
- has accumulated at least 3 years of managerial work experience in the field of technical maintenance, operation or energy.
- knows the operation of heat metering devices, heat industry processes and legal acts regulating this area;
- is able to plan activities, analyze data, organize team work and make decisions;
- is focused on improving the efficiency of processes, implementing digitalization solutions and continuous improvement of activities;
- has good computer skills (MS Office) and a category B driver's license.
