Coordinator - foreman

Job functions:

• coordinate Russian-speaking employees in production;
• assign and explain work tasks;
• draw up work schedules;
• fill in time sheets;
• control employees' arrival at work and departure after a shift;
• periodically check the order in employees' living quarters;
• resolve current organizational issues.

Requirements:

• speak Lithuanian and Russian;
• have your own car;
• be responsible, organized and able to communicate with people;
• be able to work a flexible work schedule.
