- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting with day-to-day issues
- Answer incoming calls and accurately record important information
- Coordinate orders, deliveries and driver communication, ensuring smooth operations
- Provide drivers with information on routes, traffic conditions and delivery details
- Prioritize tasks and requests in an organized and efficient manner
- Assist the dispatch team with coordination and administrative tasks
- Work closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment

- All necessary training provided — no previous experience necessary
- Stable work schedule Monday-Friday: 15:00–01:00
