We are looking for an organized and proactive team member who would contribute to the successful implementation of international projects. If you enjoy coordinating work, communicating, and solving challenges, here you will find opportunities to develop and gain valuable experience.
Nature of work:
- Communicate with employees – inform about relocations, project progress and other important information.
- Coordinate accommodation – organize weekly move-in and move-out processes.
- Supervise living conditions – inspect accommodation, notice problems and coordinate their resolution with suppliers.
- Coordinate the signing of employment contracts and, if necessary, explain their main terms to employees and ensure smooth collection and return of documents.
- Take care of company cars – coordinate their distribution, return and maintenance.
- Administer tools and equipment – take care of their issuance, accounting and maintenance.
- Contribute to the launch of new projects – inform employees and help them start work smoothly.
- Help organize travel – purchase tickets and transport orders.
We hope you:
- Has work experience in the field of personnel coordination (advantage);
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team;
- Has good organizational, planning and communication skills and is able to set work priorities;
- Has a category B driver's license;
- Able to communicate in English (verbally and in writing). Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Has good computer literacy skills (MS Office, MS Excel - essential);
- You are communicative, proactive, responsible and result-oriented.
