Nature of work
- Communicate with customers over the phone and help resolve daily issues
- Coordinate orders, deliveries and driver work
- Provide drivers with information about routes and deliveries
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation
- Organize information and prioritize tasks
- Assist the dispatch team with coordination and administrative tasks

- All necessary training provided - no previous experience necessary
- Stable work schedule Monday-Friday: 15:00-01:00
