Curator of corporate clients

We are currently recruiting a Corporate Client Curator in Vilnius.

What will your workday look like?

• You will build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and corporate clients
• You will seek insurance solutions for corporate clients and provide them with quality service
• You will actively sell to existing and potential corporate clients directly and through a partner network
• You will achieve personal sales and quality goals and forecast them.

• Higher university education
• At least 2 years of work experience in business sales (insurance would be an advantage)
• Excellent communication, cooperation, work organization, negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Ability to work on several large projects at the same time, coordinate, attract the necessary internal resources
• Ability to analyze corporate client risks, develop insurance solutions for corporate clients, organize smooth service
• Initiative, positivity, desire to learn and improve
• Digital literacy (MS office, AI tools)
• Do you speak Business English?
• Driver's license.

Salary: from 3,500 - 3,900 Eur (before taxes) depending on the employee's competencies and experience. Additional quarterly incentive bonuses may be paid, depending on the achieved goals.
