Job description:
By becoming part of BTA, you will:
- Develop and strengthen cooperation with insurance brokers who represent large corporate clients.
- Consult brokers and clients on insurance solutions, help find the most optimal risk management solutions.
- Analyze the needs and risks of corporate clients and coordinate the preparation of individual offers.
- You will prepare commercial offers and participate in negotiations on insurance programs and conditions.
- I will coordinate the work of internal teams to ensure smooth and high-quality customer service.
- You will build long-term relationships with partners and key business customers, contributing to the implementation of business growth and sales goals.

Workplace: Laisvės pr. 10, Vilnius
Remuneration system:
2800 – 3200 €/month fixed monthly salary excluding taxes;
Monthly bonus of up to 30% of one month's fixed salary;
Quarterly bonus of up to 120% of one month's fixed salary;
Annual bonus of up to 125% of one month's fixed salary.
- Have a higher education.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer or partner management.
- Able to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
- Able to analyze customer needs and coordinate the implementation of complex solutions.
- Able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a category B driver's license.
- Experience in insurance or financial services would be an advantage.
