Head of Cabinet Furniture Department

NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Cabinet Furniture Department Manager, whose purpose is to develop and implement an overall product category strategy, ensuring that the product category meets business goals, customer needs and market trends

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Form the composition of the assigned product category basket.
• Initiate the development of new products/systems, guided by the analysis of the competitive environment and the latest market trends.
• Monitor the financial results of the basket and initiate corrective actions if necessary.
• Forecast sales, profitability of new products, form pricing.
• Evaluate the implementation of product introductions to the market and provide suggestions for improving the process.
• Develop and motivate directly subordinate product managers.

SUCCESSFUL JOB REQUIRED:

• Higher education (bachelor's degree).
• Good knowledge of English, both oral and written (B2 level).
• 5 years of experience in the position of Product Manager, Brand Manager, Product Category Manager.
• Analytical / logical thinking.
• Ability to argue and justify your opinion / decisions.
• Good presentation and communication skills.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €28.30 - €31.23/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly salary: €4,721 - €5,210/month excluding taxes, depending on actual hours worked.

The organization uses a cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
