What will be your responsibilities?

  • Administration of communication cards and mobile devices;
  • Entering fuel and communication service purchase invoices into the accounting system;
  • Entering expenses related to fuel and communication services into information systems, their control and monitoring;
  • Preparing reports as needed;
  • Cooperation with suppliers and company employees on administrative issues.

What do you need for successful work?

  • Education in accounting, finance, economics or business administration.
  • Advantage - experience in accounting and work with accounting systems (Būtenta, Andsoft, Dynamics 365 Business Central).
  • Excellent skills in working with MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of accounting basics.
  • Independence, responsibility, diligence and ability to work with large amounts of data;
  • Logical and analytical thinking;
  • Willingness to learn and improve every day.
