Nature of work
- participate in the formation and implementation of the corruption prevention policy in the Company, prepare and improve internal legal acts and carry out anti-corruption assessment of draft legal acts;
- identify and assess corruption risks, determine the probability of corruption occurrence and the level of resistance to corruption, prepare plans for preventive measures, monitor their implementation and effectiveness;
- administer the process of declaring public and private interests of employees, assess potential conflicts of interest and provide recommendations for their management;
- monitor compliance with corruption prevention and anti-corruption behavior requirements, consult employees on corruption prevention, conflicts of interest and gift policy issues;
- organize and conduct training and implement communication initiatives aimed at strengthening employees' anti-corruption awareness;
- ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of the Republic of Lithuania in the Company, administer the internal channel for reporting violations, conduct investigations of potential violations, prepare conclusions and recommendations on the application of preventive measures;
- you will monitor public procurement processes from the perspective of corruption prevention, assess risks and control the implementation of public procurement contracts.
Employee requirements
- higher university or equivalent education in law, management, public administration or similar field;
- work experience in corruption prevention, compliance, risk management, public procurement supervision, prevention or investigation of violations of legal acts and other similar fields;
- knowledge of the principles of a corruption-resistant environment and legal acts regulating corruption prevention and the ability to prepare and improve internal legal acts, policies and procedures;
- organization, analytical thinking, good communication, information systematization, generalization and information flow management skills;
- good skills in working with MS Office programs;
- excellent Lithuanian language and good knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- initiative, receptiveness to innovations, responsibility, orientation towards external and internal customers, impeccable reputation;
- category B driver's license.
