Main responsibilities:

  • Organize, implement and ensure the implementation of the principles, requirements and measures of transparency (corruption prevention) established in the LTG group of companies in the company, the achievement of the established indicators in this area
  • Carry out internal control of the implementation of the principles, requirements and measures of transparency in the company's divisions
  • Carry out an internal assessment of corruption risk in the company's divisions and areas of activity, implement its prevention
  • Provide assistance to entities conducting investigations in the field of transparency within the scope of competence
  • Provide targeted education of employees, provide consultations in the field of transparency at the operational level according to the specifics of the company
  • Lead the team, plan and organize the effective management of the team's activities, ensure the achievement of the established goals
  • Provide proposals, expert advice and recommendations for decision-making
  • Ensure and implement functional cooperation with related parties, exchange information within the scope of competence
  • Cooperate with representatives of the LTG group of companies, participate in committees, commissions and working groups on issues in the field of transparency

What we hope?

  • Higher university degree or equivalent (preferably in the field of security, defense, cybersecurity, law, management or public administration sciences)
  • Successful work experience in transparency, corruption prevention, compliance assurance, risk and/or threat analysis (management), fraud prevention, prevention or investigation of violations of legal acts, execution or supervision of public procurement, legislation, internal security assurance, business, organizational resilience (security), control and/or audit in the aforementioned areas
  • Knowledge of the principles of a corruption-resistant environment, corruption risks to the organization, as well as the entities that may pose them, their tasks, operating methods and applied measures
  • Good management, organizational, analytical, public speaking, communication, prevention and control skills
  • Leadership, value orientation, teamwork, impartiality, change management
  • Computer literacy, good skills in working with MS Office programs
  • Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills

Monthly salary: €4,025.00 - €6,035.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.
