Main responsibilities:

  • Implement the principles, requirements and measures of transparency (corruption prevention) established in the LTG group of companies in the company, achieve the established indicators in this area
  • Conduct an internal assessment of corruption risk in the company's divisions, areas of activity, carry out corruption prevention
  • Provide expert assistance to the company's divisions in integrating transparency measures into their processes, activities, operations
  • Collect and summarize information at their disposal from the company's employees, significant for the identification and management of corruption risk, perform its initial assessment
  • Conduct targeted education of employees, provide consultations in the field of transparency at the operational level according to the company's specifics
  • Conduct internal control of the implementation of transparency principles, requirements and measures in the company's divisions
  • Provide assistance to entities conducting investigations in the field of transparency within the scope of competence
  • Provide proposals, expert advice and recommendations for decision-making
  • Conduct functional cooperation within the scope of competence and coordination of interests with related parties, prepare or participate in the preparation of documents in the company
  • Cooperate with representatives of the LTG group of companies, participate in committees, commissions and working groups on transparency issues

What do we expect?

  • Higher university education or equivalent (preferably in the field of law, security, defense, cybersecurity, management or public administration sciences)
  • Successful work experience in the fields of transparency, corruption prevention, compliance assurance, risk analysis (management), prevention or investigation of violations of legal acts, fraud prevention, public procurement supervision, control / audit
  • Knowledge of the principles of a corruption-resistant environment, corruption risks to the organization, as well as entities that may pose them, their tasks, operating methods and applied measures
  • Good organizational, analytical, public speaking, communication, consulting, training, prevention and control skills
  • Orientation to values, results, teamwork, impartiality, objectivity and ethics, change management
  • Computer literacy, good skills in MS Office
  • Fluent Lithuanian, good English

Monthly salary: €3,200.00 - €4,800.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.
