Cosmetics consultant/salesperson

Bare Skin is one of the largest specialized Korean cosmetics stores in Lithuania. Our goal is not to just sell a product, but to provide the highest level of consultation and help the client choose what is best for their skin.

Therefore, we are not just looking for a saleswoman, but a person who is well versed in skin care and cosmetics.

We currently have a wonderful, friendly and mutually supportive team, so it is very important for us to maintain the same internal atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is not only an excellent specialist in their field, but also positive, respectful of colleagues, willing to cooperate and contribute to building a strong team.

• Excellent knowledge of skin care, cosmetic ingredients and their effects.
• Ability to distinguish skin types and conditions and select an individual skin care routine.
• Experience in consulting clients in the field of cosmetics.
• Ability to professionally argue why one or another product is recommended.
• Highest level of customer service culture – from the first greeting to professional consultation and farewell.
• Courtesy, warm communication, initiative and responsibility.
• Fluent Lithuanian.
• Good English.
• Knowledge of other languages – a great advantage.

IMPORTANT: This is not a position for a beginner. We are looking for someone who is already able to independently assess the condition of the skin, select the right skin care routine and recommend cosmetics with reason.

We hope that the specialist who joins the team will be able to professionally consult clients from the first day of work.
