We are looking for a responsible crane operator/driver to work with a truck-mounted hydraulic manipulator and bridge and gantry cranes in the production workshop and warehouse. The work includes lifting, loading, unloading and transporting cargo in Lithuania.
Nature of work
- Operation of hydraulic manipulators, bridge and gantry cranes and their daily maintenance.
- Lifting and moving metal structures, workpieces, equipment and other loads in the production workshop and storage area, loading and unloading of loads.
- Slinging, securing of loads, selection of suitable lifting equipment and their inspection before work.
- Safe and accurate transfer of loads, in compliance with the limits and safety requirements specified in the lifting capacity table.
- Cargo transportation in Lithuania, truck driving and operational maintenance.
- Cooperation with slingers and production unit employees, recording of failures and damage and transferring information to the responsible person.
Equipment you will work with
- Scania P 360 6x2 truck with a flatbed platform, automatic gearbox;
- Palfinger PK 19.001 SLD hydraulic manipulator with remote radio control and rotator;
- crane lifts up to 5.8 t, reaches up to 12.5 m; truck lifting capacity – 14.1 t;
- bridge crane, controlled from the cabin and by remote radio control;
- gantry crane, controlled from the cabin or by control panel.
Employee requirements
- Category C driver's license (C+E – an advantage);
- Valid hydraulic manipulator (crane) operator's license;
- Valid bridge and gantry crane operator's license;
- Code 95 and driver's card for the tachograph;
- Forklift operator's license or preparation for obtaining it (we train);
- Ability to read lifting capacity tables, assess the weight and center of gravity of the load, work with supports;
- Responsibility, independence and ability to work safely and in a team.
