Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Credit Officer to join the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• I participated in the credit decision-making process: I will perform credit risk assessment, provide opinions on credit risk management and represent the Bank’s committees as the second line of defense;
• I will be responsible for the business client rating system. You will update and improve internal legal acts related to customer credit risk assessment, rating and credit risk management, taking into account supervisory requirements, assessment and control results;
• You will improve the quality of credit decision materials and develop an understanding of risk culture in the organization;
• You will prepare training materials for employees involved in credit risk management;
• You will carry out quality control of credit decisions;
• You will assess and improve the processes of credit decisions, customer risk assessment and credit material preparation;
• You will provide consultations to business units in the first line of defense, acting as a representative of the credit risk management competence center in the second line of defense;
• I will cooperate with other divisions of the Bank, aiming to effectively implement the tasks set for the division and the assigned functions.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education in banking, economics, finance, statistics or business management;
• At least 5 years of work experience in the field of credit risk assessment of corporate clients (experience as a credit officer, corporate client assessment model analyst, credit risk analyst would be an advantage);
• Excellent knowledge of the legal acts regulating credit risk assessment and management supervisory requirements, lending to corporate and private clients, determination of expected credit losses, loan assessment and assessment of collateral;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to express your opinion smoothly and in a reasoned manner;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Working skills with SAS, Forpost, and Navision - an advantage;
• Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office;
• Responsibility, ability to react quickly and make decisions and absorb new information;
• Good mood, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we indicate only the possible range: from 3450.00 to 5180.00 EUR excluding taxes.
