Credit Union "Mēmelio taupomoji kasa" has been operating in Klaipėda for several years - it is one of the largest such unions in Lithuania, with many years of experience and cherishing traditions and professionalism. The team consists of 17 people, the turnover is low - so you will come to a team of professionals, where the team works and develops together.
Currently, the union is looking for someone who wants to join the team as a Credit Manager.

What will need to be done?
Imagine: a person or company comes to you in need of a loan. Your job is to find out their essential needs and help them find the best solution. This will require advising clients on financial issues, reviewing their solvency, credit history, and income – assessing risks and opportunities. Then you will need to prepare documents, agree on terms, and ensure that the person leaves properly informed and satisfied – that is what you will strive for in every meeting.
And it doesn’t end with one meeting – often the same clients return, and you will build and nurture good relationships with them and partners over time.

What will help you succeed here?
- 1–2 years of experience in the field of finance – this way you will already know the basics and will be able to get started quickly.
- Fast, proactive and independent decision-making.
- Analytical skills and diligence, of course, will not hurt you here – documents, reports, everything must be prepared accurately and without errors.
- Communication skills – people are different, their needs and capabilities are the same. Accurate and high-level communication will help you successfully close deals.
- English would be a nice plus, but not a necessity.
- Experience with tools such as Creditinfo or the Center of Registers would help you get started faster, but if you don’t have it – everything is learned on the job.
