Nature of work

Your responsibilities

Support the Credit Risk Team and Girteka Group in achieving common goals.
Work closely with the Debt Management Call Center to achieve optimal debt collection results.
Ensure timely and effective administration of outstanding customer debts in line with company policy and cash flow objectives.
Work closely with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service) to resolve customer inquiries and improve comprehensive credit collection processes.
Prepare, analyze and submit regular reports on receivables, their aging, risk indicators and team KPIs.
Implement tactical improvements and improve process efficiency in ensuring credit controls in order to improve operational results.
Ensure compliance checks of processes and procedures related to credit and collection activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures across the Girteka Group.
Deputize for colleagues.

Our expectations

Excellent understanding of credit controls, debt collection and receivables processes.
Knowledge of credit risk assessment and debt recovery principles.
Financial reporting, knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs), DSO and the impact of cash flow on receivables.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and debt management tools.
Understanding of processes and compliance requirements related to credit and debt collection.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational and time management skills, ability to work with multiple priorities at the same time and meet deadlines.
Conflict resolution skills and ability to professionally resolve complex situations.
Experience in collaborating across different functional departments, divisions.

Monthly salary: from €2,930 to €3,670 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account the candidate's work experience, existing competencies and their compliance with the requirements of the position, and may change depending on the number of night hours worked.
