ADDRESS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (SERVICE DESK)

In this position, you will be responsible for resolving first-level requests and advising colleagues on IT service issues. You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Resolving first-level (L1) IT incidents and requests, conducting initial analysis and finding a solution;
• Consulting colleagues from the Ignitis Group on issues related to the use of IT services and systems;
• Registering IT incidents and requests received by phone and e-mail, classifying them and managing them in the request management system;
• Escalating more complex incidents to the Level 2 (L2) team;
• Contributing to the development and updating of instructions, knowledge base and frequently asked questions (FAQs).

• Higher education in information technology, computer science or a similar field (can be a final year student);
• Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly express thoughts orally and in writing and solve problems;
• Responsibility, diligence and good work organization skills;
• Ability and willingness to work with various computer systems;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English language skills (oral and written).

An advantage would be:

• Experience in IT service desk or similar IT field;
• Experience working with request management systems (e.g. Ivanti, Jira or similar);
• Knowledge of ITIL basics or interest in IT service management.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 1,720 to EUR 2,580 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
