Manager of KRISPO salon in Kaunas Akropolis

We are looking for a motivated salon manager for KRISPO salon in Kaunas Akropolis.
Your task as a salon manager: to build a team, work with customers and increase the profitability of the salon.
Main responsibilities:
selection of employees;
high-quality customer service and comprehensive consulting of the store;
achieving and implementing the established company plans;
ensuring product quality, proper presentation of goods, attractive store image;
ensuring the quality of customer service;
responsibility for carrying out inventories;
responsibility for store performance indicators;
handling documents related to the activities of the department;
full-time work, 40 hours a week;
working hours: I-VII 10:00-19:00 (flexible schedule).

At least 2 years of managerial experience in the retail sector (cosmetics, perfumery - an advantage);
good computer skills;
ability to track and ensure retail indicators;
excellent personnel management skills: ability to select employees (develop them and form a team, set individual and team goals for employees);
ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellent results;
excellent leadership skills and entrepreneurship;
ability to work in a team, delegate tasks, motivate;
proficiency in English;
responsibility, honesty, independence, communication skills.

Salary depends on work results.
