Nature of work
Your main task as a salon manager is to ensure smooth salon operations, high quality customer service, actively work with clients and strive for salon sales and profitability growth.
Main responsibilities:
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00.
Main responsibilities:
- professional and high-quality customer service and comprehensive consulting;
- achievement and implementation of established sales plans and other company goals;
- responsibility for salon activity and sales indicators, their monitoring and improvement;
- ensuring product quality, proper product presentation and aesthetic and attractive salon image;
- maintaining high customer service standards;
- working with VIP clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships;
- active cooperation with surrounding businesses: establishing new contacts, searching for partnerships, offering business gifts and other cooperation opportunities;
- organizing small events, product presentations and other initiatives for clients;
- organizing and conducting inventories;
- administration and processing of documents related to the salon's activities.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00.
Employee requirements
work experience in the retail sector (cosmetics, perfumery - an advantage);
good computer skills;
ability to track and ensure retail sales indicators;
excellent leadership skills and entrepreneurship;
proficiency in English;
responsibility, honesty, independence, communication skills.
