Loading and packing worker

We are looking for a serious person!
A retail store warehouse clerk is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse: receiving goods, storing them, collecting and preparing orders for pickup, issuing goods and administering returns. He organizes daily warehouse work, ensures the accuracy and order of goods accounting and compliance with occupational safety requirements.
If necessary, he must also be able to serve customers and work with sales and accounting systems.

Main responsibilities:
1. Ensure smooth customer service in the warehouse.
2. Organize the receipt, verification and proper storage of goods in the warehouse premises.
3. Ensure the effective distribution and issuance of goods for customer orders.
4. Coordinate the control of warehouse balances and ensure that the inventory process runs smoothly.
5. Resolve discrepancies in the delivery, return and write-off processes of goods.
6.Maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, equipment) and initiate repairs or upgrades.
7.Communicate with suppliers and execute product orders in order to maintain the required product range.
8.Ensure that the team complies with occupational safety requirements and company standards.

Main selection criteria:

1. Experience in warehouse operations.
2. Ability to work with warehouse accounting systems.
3. Organizational skills.
4. Responsibility, diligence and problem-solving skills.
5. Similar work experience in retail is an advantage.
6. Basic knowledge of Excel is an advantage.

2250 €/mon. gross
After the trial period, an agreement may be reached on the payment of an additional bonus for the results achieved.
