NATURE OF WORK:
- Administration, evaluation of cargo (CMR) claims and company insurance contracts, management of all related processes;
- Collection of necessary information for case administration: constant communication with managers, drivers, insurance representatives, experts and clients;
- Consulting colleagues by providing recommendations on cargo damage issues;
- Monitoring changes in legislation and organizing the implementation of necessary changes in the field of claims administration;
- Preparation of reports on administered cases and performance of other assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You have a university or higher legal education;
- You have similar work experience working in the insurance field or in a transport/logistics company;
- You are fluent in English and Russian (oral and written);
- You have excellent computer skills;
- You are responsible, have analytical thinking, quick reaction, attention to detail;
Knowledge of the CMR Convention and the ability to apply it in practice is a great advantage.
