About us:

We are currently actively expanding our company, we invite a CARGO DAMAGE GROUP MANAGER to join the team in Kaunas or Vilnius.
Nature of work:
- Lead the Cargo Claims Group team, organize and coordinate its activities.
- Ensure a smooth cargo claims administration process from receipt of the report to case closure.
- Analyze the causes and trends of claims and provide recommendations for their prevention.
- Cooperate with insurance companies, clients, carriers and other business partners.
- Set team performance indicators, monitor their achievement and initiate improvement actions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process optimization solutions.
- Prepare reports for management and provide insights on operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- You have a university degree or equivalent in the field of law.
- You have accumulated experience in cargo damage administration, transport law, insurance or a related field.
- Experience in leading a team would be considered a great advantage.
- You are familiar with international and domestic cargo transportation regulations, transport law, the CMR Convention, insurance products, and customs and ADR procedures related to cargo transportation.
- You have good knowledge of the conclusion of transport contracts, civil liability principles and damage compensation practice.
- You are characterized by strong analytical skills, are able to systematize information, draw conclusions and make decisions in complex situations.
- You are result-oriented, able to plan work, organize processes and ensure compliance with set deadlines.
