Nature of work:

  • Professionally conduct casino table games (Roulette, Blackjack, Poker and other casino games).
  • Ensure the smooth running of games in accordance with established rules, procedures and company standards.
  • Create a professional, pleasant and engaging atmosphere at the gaming tables.
  • Serve casino guests in a polite and professional manner.
  • Adhere to the principles of responsible gambling, company internal rules and security requirements.
  • Cooperate with colleagues and managers, ensuring the highest quality of customer service.

We hope you:

  • You are at least 21 years old (according to the Law on Gambling of the Republic of Lithuania).
  • You have work experience as a croupier.
  • You know the rules of casino table games and are able to professionally conduct games (Roulette, Blackjack, Poker and others).
  • You are polite, responsible, positive and customer-oriented.
  • You are able to work in a team and create an exceptional customer experience.
  • You can work a flexible work schedule, including evening, weekend, holiday and night shifts.
  • You speak Lithuanian well, and knowledge of English and (or) Russian is an advantage.
