Join our team and become a part of the creation of a completely new culinary workshop!

We are looking for an proactive, responsible and experienced manager who will not only organize daily production activities, but also contribute to the development of the new workshop, team building and the creation of quality products.

Nature of work:

  • Manage a completely new culinary workshop in Kaunas.
  • Organize, coordinate and motivate the work of a small team of chefs, contribute to the production process if necessary.
  • Plan production according to orders received in advance and ensure their timely fulfillment.
  • Ensure high quality of manufactured products and compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Plan the need for raw materials, organize their ordering, control leftovers and the cost of products.
  • Create, implement and improve technological cards and contribute to the development of new products.
  • Effectively organize work processes and be a team leader.

We hope you:

  • You have managerial experience in the field of public catering or food production.
  • You have acquired a culinary or food production education.
  • You have solid experience as a chef or experience in organizing larger-scale food production.
  • You are familiar with food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
  • You understand the principles of calculating the cost of food products.
  • You are able to work with a computer.
  • You are responsible, organized, proactive and result-oriented.
  • You are able to make decisions quickly, adapt to a changing workload and plan work effectively.
  • You can work a rotating schedule from 6:00 to 18:00.
