- Create and propose original ideas for cultural events, festivals, education, city celebrations and other initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate the implementation of events and projects from idea to final result.
- Ensure smooth project administration.
- Initiate cooperation with cultural, art, educational, tourism and community organizations.
- Search for funding opportunities, prepare applications for project funding.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in cultural management, communication, arts, event organization, creative industries or similar field.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and implement them in practice.
- Experience in project management and event organization is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace or other).
- Proficiency in spoken and written Lithuanian; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
