Dekkproff AS søyker en norskstalende kundeservicemedarbeider til en fulltids sesongstilling. Du will mainly serve customers on the phone, pay attention to questions and sell decks and services.
Our customer service center is located in Vilnius, but the position can be performed from the home office. You can therefore choose to work from home or from our office in Vilnius.
Grundig training and necessary work equipment will be given before starting.

Ønskede qualifications and properties:
Svært gode norskkunnskaper, both oral and written
Norsk på minimum C1-nivå er en stor advantage
Good communication and collaboration
Høflig, positiv og kundeorientert
Evne til å arbeide raskte og structurcert
God has logical understanding and ability to find solutions
Komfortabel med telefonsalg og kundekontakt
Grunnleggende datakunnskaper
Evne til å arbeide fra hjemmekontor fra hjemmekontor
Erfaring fra kundeservice, telefonsalg eller bilbranjen er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Personlig äðihet og gode norskkunnskaper vil bli vektlagt.
