Furniture store Baldusale.lt is strengthening its delivery team and is looking for a courier (driver-loader) to work with new category B minibuses.
Let's be honest: the work is physically demanding — we carry furniture every day, and there are also deliveries without an elevator. If you are looking for an easy driver's job — this ad is not for you. If you are physically strong and want hard work to be paid accordingly — read on.
Main tasks:
We organize your daily work: every morning you receive an already planned optimal daily route — you do not plan anything yourself. You work with new, neat minibuses.
No pig in a poke: before hiring — a paid trial run with an experienced colleague. You see real work from the inside, we see you. And only then do we both make a decision.

- Delivery of new cabinet and upholstered furniture to customers throughout Lithuania and in the company's showrooms
- Delivery of furniture to customers — heavy deliveries are always carried out by two people with a partner
- Minimal assembly of upholstered furniture during delivery (we provide full training)

Employee requirements
- B category driver's license (at least 2 years of driving experience)
- Excellent physical shape and endurance — this is an essential requirement, not a formality (the work involves daily carrying of furniture)
- Punctuality, responsible attitude to entrusted property and polite communication with customers
- Ability to use navigation programs (Waze, Google Maps)
- A great advantage — experience in assembling furniture (especially cabinet furniture)

- Basic salary: €1,300 in cash (€2,050 gross for 160 hours/month)
- +€8 in cash for each hour over 160 hours. — those who want to work more earn €1,600–1,800
- Customers often thank us with tips — in our couriers’ experience, it’s about a couple hundred euros more per month
