Nature of work
- Loading parcels into the car and delivering them along the planned route in Kaunas city and district;
- Receiving incoming orders and executing them according to the planned route;
- Correct, polite, and professional communication with customers and colleagues;
- Ensuring the maximum quality of your work;
- Direct communication with customers during parcel collection;
- Organizing parcel collection and sorting.
Employee requirements
- Have a category B driver's license;
- Have experience driving/working with a minibus;
- Have a strong orientation to customer needs, the ability to look at the situation from the customer's side;
- Have the ability to provide high-quality customer service in accordance with the standards in force in the company;
- Be determined to meet our established qualitative and quantitative goals;
- Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage.
