Courier - driver (08:00-17:00, Vilnius) - NO EXPERIENCE!

In this position, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of parcels 📦 along the specified route, as well as high-quality customer service:

You will ensure timely and reliable delivery of parcels, adhering to established routes and delivery schedules.
You will safely handle cargo and operate the vehicle responsibly, adhering to road traffic rules and company safety requirements.
You will provide professional customer service, accurately fill out delivery documentation and create a positive image of the company.

The work is result-oriented, so from the first day of work you will be eligible for a bonus system (depending on the number of successful stops).

Experience is an advantage. Without experience - FULLY TRAINED!!!
3+ years of driving experience (category B)
Fluent in Lithuanian - not lower than B2 level
Good communication skills
Communicative and ability to communicate politely
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Quick orientation and problem-solving skills
