Nature of works

We are looking for a responsible and organized manager who would ensure a smooth daily delivery process, coordinate the work of the courier team and take care of the company's car fleet.
  • Organize and coordinate the daily work of the courier team;
  • Create employee work schedules and distribute tasks;
  • Ensure that deliveries are made on time, with high quality and in accordance with the established requirements;
  • Resolve daily work organization situations and help the team work smoothly;
  • Supervise the quality of the team's work, provide feedback to employees and help them improve;
  • Organize the introduction and training of new employees;
  • Take care of the company's car fleet - plan maintenance, repairs, insurance and other work related to vehicles;
  • Ensure proper operation and technical condition of cars;
  • Cooperate with route planning, customer service and other company departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.

We expect from you

  • Experience in organizing team work or leading a team;
  • Ability to plan work, organize team activities and make decisions;
  • Good communication, team motivation and problem-solving skills;
  • Responsibility, independence and orientation towards quality results;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Valid category B driver's license
