Your role in the DPD team:
- Organize and conduct theoretical and practical training for new couriers, introduce them to DPD processes, systems and work standards.
- Conduct periodic training for couriers who have been working for a long time.
- Monitor the work of newcomers in practice, assess their readiness for independent work, provide constructive feedback and consult if questions arise.
- Analyze the most common mistakes, provide suggestions for improving training and processes, and cooperate with courier managers and the operations department team.

- Have experience in logistics, transport, customer service, training or similar fields.
- Able to quickly understand processes and systems.
- Able to clearly convey information, objectively assess employee competencies.
- Ensure the quality of training.
- You are patient, communicative.
- Able to motivate people to learn and achieve results.
- Able to notice problems, analyze their causes and offer practical solutions for improving processes.
- Have a sense of responsibility, independence and orientation towards a high standard of service and work quality.
