Courier Network Manager

How to create a courier network that is fast, efficient, and ready to grow with your business? That is the mission of the SmartPosti courier network manager.

🔹Courier network management – you will be responsible for the activities of the courier network in Vilnius, Kaunas and other major cities in Lithuania, so your work will include regular trips to the main terminal (1 time per week) and regions (1 time per month).
🔹Network strategy and budget management – you will contribute to the formation of the network strategy, plan and manage the budget and ensure the implementation of agreed goals.
🔹Process and technology improvement – you will initiate and coordinate solutions for process optimization, IT systems and new work tool implementation.
🔹Team formation and development – you will form, develop and motivate the team, help it achieve the set results.
🔹Management of relationships with partners – you will negotiate with service providers, manage cooperation.
🔹Business cooperation – you will work together with other departments of the company to ensure that the decisions made are effective for the entire organization.

🔹The courier network is stable and ready for growing volumes.
🔹Improved key network productivity and efficiency indicators, clear processes.
🔹Strong, independent and result-oriented team.
🔹Implemented solutions that reduced costs or improved customer experience.

🔸Have successful experience in similar work (in logistics, courier, transport or operations - would be a great advantage).
🔸Aim for goals and results, have process optimization and planning skills.
🔸Distinguished by the ability to quickly and effectively respond to changes, calmly accept emerging challenges.
🔸You are a strong leader of people: you know how to negotiate, provide clarity, develop and demand results.
🔸You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing (Russian - an advantage).

🔹Competitive salary in the range of 4100 - 5000 Eur (gross), depending on the results achieved.
