Nature of work
You will be an ambassador for the company and work with our client, maintaining good relations with their representatives.
You will lead the courier team and together with them you will ensure high-quality, timely delivery of parcels.
I will monitor the condition of assigned vehicles and communicate with the transport department regarding technical service and maintenance.
You will monitor daily quality and delivery indicators (KPI, SLA), analyze data and make decisions to improve them.
I will plan courier work schedules and routes.

Employee requirements
No experience required – we will train you for everything! Experience in similar work (logistics, parcel delivery, team management) will be an advantage;
Process planning and optimization skills;
Ability to respond quickly to changes and make decisions independently;
Logical, analytical thinking; knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) will be an advantage;
Ability to motivate a team, good communication skills.
