Organize and coordinate the activities of the courier service, ensure smooth delivery of packages, supervise the work of a team of 10 couriers, and guarantee high work efficiency.
Employee requirements
At least 2 years of experience in logistics, parcels or couriers
Experience in leading a team (from 5 people)
Driver's license (category B)
Ability to work with routing and delivery management programs
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to make decisions in stressful situations

Plan and allocate courier routes based on shipment volume and geography
Control courier working hours, vacations, and shift schedules
Conduct induction training for newly hired couriers

We are engaged in short-term and long-term minibus rental, we have been operating since 2018.
Taking into account the needs and convenience of our customers, we have created a system that provides the opportunity to rent minibuses with the click of a few buttons. The system is adapted for use by both individuals and legal entities. Further expanding the operational efficiency of our activities, in 2023. we acquired our own minibus repair workshop, and this year we are successfully starting to provide parcel transportation services to major courier companies.
