Courier Operations Coordinator - Manager

Your job description:

Organization and supervision of the work of category C couriers;
Daily communication with drivers and transport operators;
Route planning, coordination and optimization;
Organization of sorting and distribution of palletized cargo;
Operative problem solving and assistance to drivers;
Control of the cargo delivery process;
Organization of transport supervision;
Search and coordination of new couriers;
Ensuring high-quality customer service and smooth logistics processes.

What we expect from you:

Good organizational and communication skills;
Ability to make decisions quickly and manage situations;
Responsibility, independence and result orientation;
Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment;
Experience in logistics or transport is an advantage;
Category C driver's license is an advantage.

Experience in transport management is an advantage, but we train motivated candidates!

Work schedule: 7:00 - 16:00 Mon-Fri

Work location: Liepkalnio g. 172M, Vilnius, DPD terminal

Salary from 1300 to 2000 €/month. in hand, depending on results and experience.
