We are looking for a Creative Project Production Manager who enjoys taking responsibility for the entire project process - from the first meeting to the final presentation. You will work as a reliable partner for the client and creative teams: you will set clear plans, monitor progress and ensure that solutions are implemented on time, on budget and according to agreed standards. Here, your efforts will directly translate into visible experiences that thousands of visitors will experience!

We are looking for a Creative Project Production Manager who enjoys taking responsibility for the entire project process - from the first meeting to the final presentation. You will work as a reliable partner for the client and creative teams: you will set clear plans, monitor progress and ensure that solutions are implemented on time, on budget and according to agreed standards. Here, your efforts will directly translate into visible experiences that thousands of visitors will experience!
🟡 Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of the rebranding project: logo update, adaptation of signage, attributes, office and transport visual identity.
- Manage the multisensory introduction project: production of mobile and stationary prototypes, certification, preparation of instructions, presentation of solutions at locations
- Coordinate the VR experience creation project (production, implementation).
- Prepare clear briefs for creative and production agencies, formulate tasks, monitor their implementation.
- Monitor the overall project plan, deadlines, budget frameworks and risks, initiate decisions on changes or delays in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth communication between the client, agencies, directors, technical partners and other interested parties.
- Coordinate the creation and production of projections, marketing materials (publications, brochures, video content, social media design, PR communication).
- Organize photo shoots, filming, casting, video editing, and related logistics.

- Project management experience in creative, production, communication, cultural or experiential projects.
- Experience in collaborating with creative agencies, design, video, production and communication partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate different stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, independence, responsibility for results and the ability to quickly adapt to changing needs.
