Nature of work:
- Develop original campaign concepts and ideas for project communication: visuals, reels, promotions, outdoor advertising and screen advertising.
- Regularly generate new ideas and ensure that the advertising calendar is consistently filled.
- Transfer ideas for implementation to designers, photographers and contractors, in close cooperation with the sales and marketing team.
- Consult the production team: provide clear guidelines, check interim results and ensure that the final work meets the initial idea.
- Analyze campaign results (inquiries, transactions) and adjust creative ideas and direction accordingly.
- Follow the real estate market and global advertising trends.
Requirements:
- Experience in generating creative ideas or creating content.
- Personal portfolio with real, implemented projects, proving the results of creative work.
- Original, non-standard thinking and courage to offer exceptional solutions.
- Analytical approach: ability to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and draw conclusions.
- High work discipline and ability to work according to the established calendar and deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Interest in the real estate market and global advertising practice.
- Education in art, design or other creative direction is an advantage.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Knowledge of technical production tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is an advantage.
