Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced, responsible and proactive chief accountant who would ensure smooth organization, control and quality of financial information of the company.
Your main responsibilities:

- Organization and control of the company's accounting.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Preparation of annual balance sheet, profit (loss), equity and other financial statements.
- Preparation and submission of tax returns (VAT, GPM, corporate income tax, etc.).
- Analysis, control and efficiency of financial processes.
- Analysis of budgets, cash flows and performance indicators.
- Supervision of accounting of long-term and short-term assets.
- Implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives of accounting processes.
- Cooperation with auditors, STI, "Sodra", banks and other institutions, participation in audits.
- Consulting management on accounting, finance and tax issues.
- Prompt response to emerging issues and timely and accurate provision of information to management.
- Working with the accounting program Pragma 3.2. (advantage).
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in finance, accounting or economics.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a senior accountant or similar work.
- You are well-versed in Lithuanian accounting standards, tax system and applicable legislation.
- You are able to independently plan work, make decisions and effectively manage priorities.
- You are analytical, meticulous, responsible and result-oriented.
- You have good skills in working with Microsoft Excel, experience in working with accounting programs (experience in working with PRAGMA 3.2 is a significant advantage).
- You are able to communicate (written, spoken) in English (advantage).
