Nature of work
- Daily cooking of dishes according to the menus and recipes;
- Preparation of hot and cold dishes, ensuring their quality and aesthetics;
- Preparation of food raw materials, cutting, portioning, processing of products;
- Responsible use of raw materials in order to avoid losses;
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen, strict adherence to hygiene standards;
- Teamwork with kitchen staff, cooperation with the manager on the organization of work.
Work schedule: 4 working days / 4 days off
Working hours: 7:00 – 19:00
Requirements
- Experience as a chef (advantage – experience in cafes or restaurants);
- Ability to work independently and make decisions;
- Responsible attitude to work, neatness, diligence;
- Hygiene skills certificate (green card) – mandatory;
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and work organization.
