We are a steadily growing, well-regarded company in the market, working with high-quality construction and finishing materials. We are currently strengthening our team and inviting a supply manager to join us who would be able to ensure a smooth supply process, professionally manage the supplier network and contribute to effective business growth.
This is a position for someone who wants not only to administer processes, but also to actually create value for the company: make decisions, negotiate, optimize supply and have a tangible impact on the result.

Job Description
- Organization, coordination and control of the supply of construction materials;
- Management of supply processes from order to delivery;
- Market analysis, search for new suppliers and development of long-term relationships with existing partners;
- Evaluation of commercial offers, price analysis and negotiations with suppliers;
- Formation of orders, drawing up supply schedules and controlling deadlines;
- Maintenance of quality documentation, administration of discrepancies and prompt resolution of problems;
- Ensuring supply chain efficiency and providing process improvement initiatives.
What do we expect from the candidate
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of supply, purchasing or sales;
- Good communication, negotiation and argumentation skills;
- Analytical thinking, responsibility and result orientation;
- Ability to independently plan work and manage priorities;
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Category B driver's license;
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian - as an advantage;
- Ability to quickly delve into the specifics of products and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
