Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Group Manager to the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- I led a team of KYC specialists, ensuring clear priorities, performance results and professional growth of employees.
- You will ensure high quality of KYC and enhanced customer due diligence (EDD) assessments and consistent application of a risk-based approach.
- Manage team workload, productivity, SLAs, backlogs and quality metrics.
- Make decisions on complex and escalated client cases, including high-risk client assessment.
- Ensure compliance with AML/CTF, sanctions and customer due diligence requirements in daily operations.
- Analyze team performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities and initiate efficiency improvement actions.
- Collaborate with AML, Compliance, Risk Management, Business and other bank departments to resolve complex client cases.
- Participate in developing and improving the KYC business model, processes and control environment.
- Contribute to the implementation of automation, digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in the KYC area.
- You will prepare and present performance results to management, ensuring (-a) operational transparency and KPI monitoring.
To be #closer, you will need:
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of KYC, EDD, AML or financial crime prevention.
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, sanctions requirements and customer knowledge principles.
- Practical experience in making decisions regarding high-risk customers and complex EDD cases.
- Ability to analyze performance indicators, identify problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership, organizational and staff development skills.
- Ability to balance regulatory requirements, risk management and business needs.
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
We will consider:
- ACAMS, ICA or other AML/KYC certification as an advantage.
- Experience in leading KYC transformation, regulatory change or process optimization initiatives.
- Experience in implementing automation, data analytics or AI solutions in the AML/KYC area.
- Experience in working with international corporate groups and complex ownership structures.
- Experience in managing large-scale KYC review projects and operational changes.
