KYC Quality Analyst

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will conduct regular quality reviews of KYC and EDD processes and assess the compliance of the checks performed with the bank’s internal requirements and legal acts.
• You will analyze the quality of assessments performed by KYC specialists, identify trends, risks and areas for improvement.
• Identify process, control environment and documentation deficiencies and provide recommendations for their elimination.
• Prepare quality reports, present results and provide insights to management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of quality standards, methodologies and control measures.
• Participated in initiatives to optimize, automate and streamline KYC and EDD processes.
• Collaborated with KYC, AML, Compliance, Risk Management and other departments to ensure uniform application of requirements.
• Consult colleagues on quality, regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Contribute to training and competency development initiatives.
• Apply artificial intelligence and other technological solutions to quality control and analysis activities.

To be #closer, you will need:

• At least 2 years of work experience in KYC, EDD, AML, quality assurance or control in the financial sector.
• Good knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions and customer due diligence requirements.
• Experience in conducting customer due diligence file, process or control reviews.
• Ability to identify risks, discrepancies and their causes.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and justify your assessments.
• Ability to systematize information, prepare reports and present conclusions.
• Good oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
• Responsibility, initiative and orientation towards continuous improvement.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools and other technological solutions in daily activities.

We will consider as an advantage:

• Experience in performing KYC, EDD or AML quality control.
• Experience in working with high-risk clients or complex EDD cases.
• Experience in developing methodologies, procedures or quality standards.
• ACAMS, ICA or other AML/KYC certification.
• Experience in working with data analytics, quality monitoring or process management tools.
• Experience in implementing automation or artificial intelligence solutions.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we only indicate the possible range: from 2600.00 to 3890.00 EUR excluding taxes.
