Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsibleProcess Manager to join the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will manage and improve the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (EDD) processes.
• You will analyze the efficiency of processes, identify improvement opportunities and initiate changes.
• You will prepare and update the documentation, procedures and methodological guidelines for KYC processes.
• I participated in the implementation of regulatory, organizational and systemic changes.
• I will form business requirements and cooperate with IT teams in developing KYC solutions.
• I will coordinate the testing of new functionalities and participate in ensuring their high-quality implementation.
• I will analyze performance indicators and provide suggestions for increasing process efficiency.
• I will cooperate with AML, Compliance, Risk Management, IT and other departments.
• You will contribute to the implementation of automation, artificial intelligence and other technological solutions in the field of KYC.

To be #closer, you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of KYC, AML, process management, business analysis or project management (we will consider experience in the financial sector, working with KYC or AML processes as an advantage).
• Knowledge of KYC and AML/CFT processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in developing business requirements and collaborating with IT teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to systematize information.
• Good oral and written English skills.
• Ability to coordinate the activities of different stakeholders.
• Responsibility, initiative and openness to innovation.

We will consider as an advantage:

• Experience in implementing process optimization, automation or digitalization initiatives.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or other data analysis tools.
• ACAMS, ICA or other AML/KYC certification.
