We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible individual who can accurately verify information, identify potential risks, and work effectively within structured compliance processes.

- Review and verify customer identification data in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- Investigate and validate information in cases of uncertainty regarding the accuracy, legitimacy, or completeness of submitted data.
- Identify, escalate, and report suspected fraud or attempted fraud in line with internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation in internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal requirements in all decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data review and verification tasks.
- Ability to assess information critically and identify inconsistencies or potential risks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive personal data.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and work within established guidelines.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, internal systems, and multiple platforms.
In addition to this:
- Afternoon shift (4 PM - 12 PM) or night shift (12 AM - 8 AM) with a rotating schedule.
- Hourly rate: 7.70 EUR (gross) + performance-based bonuses (after the probation period).
