Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Specialist to the Artea bankas team who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (EDD) assessments of legal entities.
- You will analyze the ownership and control structures of clients and identify ultimate beneficial owners (UBO).
- You will assess client activities, source of funds and source of wealth (Source of Funds / Source of Wealth).
- Perform PEP, sanctions and adverse media checks.
- Assess and document customer risk profiles in accordance with the bank's internal requirements and legal acts.
- Perform periodic customer reviews and ensure the relevance and quality of customer data.
- Identify, analyze and escalate increased risk or non-standard cases.
- Prepare clear and substantiated recommendations for customer risk assessment.
- Collaborate with AML, Compliance, Risk Management, Business and other bank departments.
- Contribute to KYC and EDD process improvement initiatives.
To be #closer, you will need:
- At least 1 year of work experience in KYC, AML or customer knowledge and risk assessment in a bank or other financial institution.
- Practical experience in conducting KYC and EDD assessments of legal entities.
- Good knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions and customer due diligence requirements.
- Ability to independently assess complex ownership structures and determine ultimate beneficial owners.
- Experience in assessing source of funds and assets.
- Ability to make and justify risk-based decisions.
- Analytical thinking, diligence and attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly and reasonedly present your conclusions.
- Good oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Responsibility, initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team.
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- Experience in working with high-risk clients.
- Experience in assessing complex international corporate groups and ownership structures.
- ACAMS, ICA or other AML/KYC certification.
- Experience working with KYC, AML or customer review systems.
