Today, we invite a motivated and responsible KYC Senior Specialist to join the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will perform KYC and enhanced due diligence (EDD) assessments of legal and individual clients.
- You will analyze complex ownership and control structures and identify ultimate beneficial owners (UBO).
- You will assess client activities, the origin of funds and assets and their validity.
- You will conduct PEP, sanctions and negative public information checks.
- You will contribute to the improvement, automation and implementation of good practices in KYC processes.
To be #closer, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in KYC, AML/CFT or customer risk assessment in the financial sector.
- Experience with customer assessment of legal or natural persons and enhanced customer due diligence (EDD).
- Knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions and customer knowledge requirements.
- Ability to independently assess complex corporate groups and ownership structures.
- Ability to analyze information on the origin of funds and assets and make risk-based decisions.
- Analytical thinking, critical approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly argue your conclusions both orally and in writing.
- Good Lithuanian and English skills.
We will consider it an advantage if:
- You have experience in assessing international corporate groups or complex ownership structures.
- You have an ACAMS, ICA or other AML/KYC certification.
- You have worked with KYC, AML or customer review systems.
