Job description:
- customer service, work at the point of sale and active sales all day;
- organization of sales activities, control, analysis of results, initiation and implementation of effective operational changes together with the team;
- organize and control the work of staff: distribute tasks, set work schedules, evaluate employee performance, ensure proper motivation;
- implementation of short-term and long-term goals while ensuring efficient and profitable operations of the retail outlet;
- ensure that the retail outlet maintains an appropriate display of goods and controls the balance of goods;
- ensuring the quality of customer service, appropriate representation of the company;
- managing store documentation.
