Nature of work
- Perform tests of mechanical and physical properties of concrete products;
- Test the composition of concrete and aggregates and their effects on final products;
- Record test results, analyze data and prepare reports;
- Ensure that all tests are performed in accordance with international standards (EN 1338, EN 1339, EN 1340, etc.);
- Maintain laboratory equipment, perform its calibration and properly manage documentation;
- Cooperate with production, quality and research departments to optimize processes and ensure product quality.
Requirements for the candidate
- Technical, engineering or science education (materials science, civil engineering - an advantage);
- Laboratory experience, especially in the field of concrete or materials testing (an advantage, but not necessary - we train);
- Understanding of concrete testing methodologies and standards;
- Diligence, responsibility, analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Computer literacy (MS Office, laboratory data management systems);
- Category B driver's license.

The company manufactures products in factories in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai. The equipment of the production line "Masa" allows to adapt to the customer's needs, to offer a range of various designs and technical features, to produce multi-colored, rough products and aged pavers. The most modern technology makes it possible to produce cobblestones with the texture of natural quartz, dolomite, granite chips.
The most advanced Lean production management system has been applied in the factories. It allows production more flexibly, using fewer resources. We can offer customers faster fulfillment of orders and higher quality of products.
