General requirements:
- Higher education, preferably road engineering or other technical education;
- Basic knowledge of English (preferably reading and understanding);
- Working with a computer: MS Office package (basic knowledge of Excel is preferred);
- Driver's licence B category;

- Experience working in a multi-test laboratory would be an advantage.
Nature of work
Conducting tests in the Vilnius test laboratory and in construction facilities. Most physical and mechanical tests are described in test standards. You will gain practical and theoretical knowledge while working with the help of experienced staff:
- you will perform tests in the laboratory with stationary equipment (e.g. you will determine the permeability of sand to water, the amount of bitumen in asphalt, the properties of bitumen or the density of asphalt, etc.)
- you will go to carry out tests at construction sites (you will test whether it is possible to lay asphalt on the installed crushed stone layer, you will take samples, etc.).
